Privacy Policy
Developers respect and protect the personal privacy rights of all users of the service. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, developers will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy. However, developers will treat these information with a high degree of diligence and prudence. Except as otherwise provided in this privacy policy, developers will not disclose or provide these information to third parties without your prior permission. Developers will update this privacy policy from time to time. When you agree to the developer service usage agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to all the contents of this privacy policy. This privacy policy is an integral part of the developer service usage agreement and cannot be separated.
1. Scope of Application
a) Personal registration information provided by you when you register for a developer software account according to developer requirements;
b) Information automatically received and recorded by developers when you use developer network services or access developer platform web pages, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware feature information, and web page records you requested;
c) User personal data obtained by developers from business partners through legal means.
You understand and agree that the following information is not applicable to this privacy policy:
a) Keyword information you enter when using the search service provided by the developer platform;
b) Information about you collected by developers regarding the information data released by developers, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information, and evaluation details;
c) Violations of laws or rules of developers and measures taken by developers against you.
2. Use of Information
a) Developers will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party unless you have obtained your permission in advance, or the third party and developers (including developer affiliates) provide services to you separately or jointly, and after the service ends, they will be prohibited from accessing all the information they could access before.
b) Developers also do not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or disseminate your personal information by any means. If any developer platform user engages in the above activities, once discovered, developers have the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with that user.
c) For the purpose of serving users, developers may use your personal information to provide you with information that you are interested in, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with developer partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).
3. Information Disclosure
In the following cases, developers will disclose all or part of your personal information in accordance with your personal wishes or legal requirements:
a) Disclose to third parties with your prior consent;
b) Share your personal information with third parties that are necessary to provide the products and services you requested;
c) Disclose to third parties or administrative and judicial institutions in accordance with the relevant provisions of laws or the requirements of administrative or judicial institutions;
d) Disclose to third parties if you violate Chinese laws, regulations, or developer service agreements or related rules;
e) Disclose to the complained party if you are an eligible intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, as requested by the complained party, in order to handle possible rights disputes;
f) In a transaction created on the developer platform, if any party to the transaction fulfills or partially fulfills the transaction obligations and requests information disclosure, developers have the right to decide to provide the necessary information, such as the contact information of the user's trading partner, to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of disputes.
g) Other disclosures deemed appropriate by developers according to laws, regulations, or website policies.
4. Information Storage and Exchange
The information and data about you collected by developers will be stored on the servers of developers and/or their affiliates. These information and data may be transmitted to and accessed, stored, and displayed in countries, regions, or locations outside your country, region, or the location where developers collect information and data.
5. Use of Cookies
a) Without your refusal to accept cookies, developers will set or access cookies on your computer so that you can log in or use developer platform services or functions that rely on cookies. Developers use cookies to provide you with more thoughtful personalized services, including promotional services.
b) You have the right to choose to accept or reject cookies. You can refuse to accept cookies by modifying your browser settings. However, if you choose to reject cookies, you may not be able to log in or use developer network services or functions that rely on cookies.
c) The information obtained through the cookies set by developers will be subject to this policy.
6. Information Security
a) Developer accounts have security protection functions. Please keep your username and password information properly. Developers will ensure the security of your information by encrypting user passwords and other security measures to prevent loss, misuse, and alteration of your information. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please note that there is no "perfect security measure" on the information network.
b) When using developer network services for online transactions, you inevitably need to disclose your personal information to the counterparty or potential counterparty, such as contact information or postal address. Please protect your personal information and provide it to others only when necessary. If you find that your personal information has been leaked, especially if your developer username and password have been leaked, please contact developers immediately so that appropriate measures can be taken.
